Wheres the boss

Cesar Millan says: "Dogs have an ingrained pack mentality.  If youre not asserting leadership over your dog, your dog will try to compensate by showing dominant or unstable behavior".
I am reading his books and hopefully by the end of it, I will be the leader of my pack.
